🎯 Zone = Destiny
A 2-acre farmer must match crop to zone. Tomato/capsicum/cauliflower thrive in Zones 2-3. Apple + seed potato in Zones 3-4. Hops/saffron/kuth ONLY in Zone 4. Ginger in Zone 1 (Sirmour). Planting the wrong crop in your zone = guaranteed failure.
The Big Opportunity — Off-Season Vegetables

Solan = Mushroom City of India
ICAR-Directorate of Mushroom Research (DMR), Chambaghat, Solan is India's apex mushroom institute. UHF Nauni-Solan also runs mushroom training. This makes HP the natural home for mushroom entrepreneurship — spawn, training, and buyers are all local.
